Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Chain Royals for your marketing, website development, app development, and CRM service needs. We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality services tailored to your goals. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or engaging our services.

Due to the customized nature of our services, Chain Royals operates under a strict no-refund policy once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement.

All sales are final for:

  • Marketing campaigns (including advertising, content creation, SEO, etc.)

  • Website design and development

  • Mobile app design and development

  • CRM system development, customization, and setup

  • Service Non-Delivery:
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the outlined project timeline without valid cause.

  • Duplicate Payments:
If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins:
If you cancel the project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative and processing fees (typically 15% of the total project fee).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction, unresponsiveness, or failure to provide necessary information

  • Discontent with design, development, or marketing results after project milestones are approved

  • Termination of the project by the client after work has commenced

  • Services or campaigns partially delivered or completed

  • Third-party service fees (such as hosting, domains, advertising spend, or software subscriptions)

Clients are encouraged to contact Chain Royals directly at info@chainroyals.com to resolve any billing issues.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services.

Chain Royals reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
